How to reset your password

Forgotten your password?  Don't worry, you can reset it yourself.

First of all, go to the login page, which you will find by typing this URL into your browser: 

lms.yourhippo.com

If you enter the wrong password 3 times, you will receive a Authentication Error and can click Reset

Alternatively, can select the "Forgot Your Password?" link.

Then enter your email address and click Submit

Go to your emails and look for an email from YourHippo.  This may be in your SPAM or Junk:

Click the Reset Password button and enter your email address and the password of your choice, then press Submit

Once you have reset your password, you can log in again by pressing the Login button

Enter your login credentials including your new password:

After pressing Login you be taken straight to your Events where you can access your courses.
