How to Create a Booking

Creating a Booking will only be possible if you have been given the appropriate access.  This access would usually be given to Regional Managers or Regional Trainers

You firstly need to open the 'Manage Bookings' tab. This can be accessed from the menu on the left hand side or from the events area along the top.

Once in here, click the green '+' button on the right hand side.

Booking Details

You will then be brought to a page where you need to fill out the information

You then need to click 'Add First Session'

Creating a Session

You then need to go across each column clicking the green '+' and completing each section.

If you are unsure on any of the details such as the trainer on the day you are still able to create the booking but not confirm it.

Date & Time

You want to choose the date and time of this session.

You are able to use the quick selects with preset times or click into the time boxes and choose a custom time.

Course

When choosing the course, there is the option to put in 'Course Content'.

Anything that is put in here, will appear on the Face-to-Face certificate that is produced once complete.

Grading Method

Scored - At the point of completing the session, you will be given the option of giving delegates a score percentage - This is used for a traditional course where there will be a quiz at the end and a percentage will be achieved an each delegate.

Graded - At the point of completing the session, you will be given the option of simply marking them as passed or failed rather than giving them a score - This might be used for something like a fire evacuation drill where a delegate will simply pass or fail.

Delegates

In the 'Delegates' column, you are given the option of leaving the min and max number of delegates allowed on the session as automatic (this is set by your company) or you can untick the box and manually set the min and max for that session.

Once you are happy with the first session, click the save button.

You then have the option of adding a new session, you may need to do this if you are creating a booking for an induction or a multiple day course.

If you do click this, it will automatically take the same settings as your previous session, so ensure you change all the settings to be correct.

Once you have created all the necessary sessions for the booking, you have the option of confirming the booking before saving, if it is not yet confirmed then simply click save and you can confirm at a later date.
