How to View a User's Profile

Accessing a users profile will only be accessible if you have been given the appropriate access. This access would usually be given to Regional Managers, Managers and Admins

Select users on the navigation bar, then click Search Users from the dropdown

In the  search bar, enter the name of the Person you are searching for and press " Search"

If you are looking for users within a specific type, this can be achieved by filtering the users list through the type dropdown

Click on the dropdown and select the home/status/type/role which you would like to view

Once located, click on the person's name to view their profile

From here you can see all the courses the Learner has in their Current, Overdue and Completed tabs.
